DESCRIPTION OF BOOKLET
Welcome! This New Hire Booklet is intended to highlight some important policies and procedures you need to know. Nothing in this Booklet is intended to be construed as a contract for continued employment or employment for any specific period of time or otherwise limit in any way the policy of at-will employment. Employment with LABOR FINDERS is at will, which means that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Nor does this Booklet, in describing our policies and procedures, commit us to follow any particular procedure in the course of imposing discipline or terminating employment.
This is a statement of our general policies and guidelines and, with the exception of its policy of at-will employment, LABOR FINDERS reserves the right to revise, supplement, or rescind these policies from time to time as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice. All changes to this Booklet will be made in writing and will be either in a new Booklet or in a written document that refers to this Booklet. Employees generally will be notified of such changes as they occur.

By signing the acknowledgment page, you agreed to comply with all the provisions set forth here and further agree that, with the exception of the policy of at-will employment, LABOR FINDERS has the unilateral right to change these policies.
